Temporary & Temporary to Permanent Programs
Qualified candidates are prepared for their work assignment through our Onboarding process. 2 Four Solutions manages all payroll administration for the candidates. The Work Term for the employee is 480 work hours. After this term is completed, the company can choose to continue having the employee on our payroll or transition the employee to their payroll at NO ADDITIONAL COST. If the company choose to transition the employee earlier, a prorated buyout would be facilitated.
